What is IndieMusicBox? |

IndieMusicBox is an online music shop with special focus on Hong Kong independent rock music. Our intention is to provide direct access to all Hong Kong indie rock music for all you fans. Choose your favourite artists, see what you can buy, in songs, in albums, or in bonus or free download. Look up information on your bands that interest you, see more, learn more. Also, your artists want you to buy their music. Give that a thought. |

Can we buy physical CDs with you? |

At the moment we do not sell physical CD. But this is being considered. |

Can we listen to a preview of a song? |
|
We have no intention to preview the songs. Every band have a artist web site which provides further information, like future shows or past shows, as well as a preview of some of their songs. We believe you should support the bands by visiting their web sites as well. |

Does an album contain more songs than individual songs combined? |
|
We would do our best to include extra materials, songs, artwork, photos with an album, compared to if you buy individual songs. |

Do the songs include album art? |
|
We do our best to ensure each song has its respective album cover art, as long as the band supports it. Released albums have their album art, CD insert, extra photographs, etc, and we scan what we have on hand. They are available as a PDF file with the album. |

How do I buy the songs? |
|
You can buy individual songs or a complete album. Individual songs are all available at HK$8 per song. Price of albums/EPs varies. If a song or an album is free, it would mean it is a free download. You have to create an account in the system to buy songs. All songs are kept in the system for you until our policy changes. Otherwise, you can always come back and download the songs if you need to re-download a song. |

Can I buy using anything other than PayPal? |
|
At the moment, we are not able to support anything except PayPal. PayPal is relatively easy for a small business like us. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to purchase using PayPal. |

What is the quality of the digital download songs? |
|
Our songs are encoded in 320Kbps. However, if the songs are free, they are typically directly from the source. In that case, they would come in any encoding the band/management provided us. |
